The app itself is licensed under the End User License Agreement; these terms are the readable summary and cover this website. Downloading the app from the App Store also involves Apple's standard licensing terms; where these terms are silent, Apple's apply.
What Health Targets is — and is not
Health Targets is a general-wellness app. It displays measurements you already record in Apple Health against target ranges you choose yourself. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; it does not monitor, alert, or intervene; and nothing in the app — including published reference ranges shown for information — is a recommendation for your individual health. Targets are your personal choices. For medical guidance, especially regarding blood pressure, blood glucose, medication, or any condition, consult a healthcare professional, and prefer their values over anything shown in the app.
License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store rules (including Family Sharing where enabled). The app, its design, and its content remain ours or our licensors'.
Purchases and subscriptions
The optional Pro upgrade is sold by Apple through the App Store as a one-time purchase or a yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your App Store settings; management, billing, withdrawal and refund rights are handled through Apple's storefront under Apple's terms and your local consumer law.
Your responsibilities
Keep your device and its Health data secure; the app's optional Face ID lock protects the app's screens, not the underlying Health database. Use the app's exports responsibly — a report you share contains your health information.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided with the care of a small, independent developer, but — to the extent your law permits — without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and our liability is limited to what mandatory law does not allow to be limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that consumer-protection law grants you and does not allow to be waived, nor liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the app or features with reasonable notice; because your data lives in Apple Health and your own iCloud, discontinuation never takes your data away, and the backup export exists precisely so your targets remain yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live.
